Return & Exchange Policy

At our gift shop, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service. We accept returns for any items that are damaged or faulty upon receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not accepted unless there is a genuine issue with the product and proof is provided. After the return is approved, a full refund or replacement product will be provided. We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible.
